$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libtie-dbi-perl 

libtie-dbi-perl is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libtie-dbi-perl package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libtie-dbi-perl *

You will get with libtie-dbi-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
